London appointments: no travel charge. Appointments outside the City of London & Dorchester: add one flat $30 travel fee per visit within the regular service area. Locations beyond the regular service area require confirmation before booking.
Fair-completion rule: The packages are designed for a maintained home within the stated room limit. If size, buildup, clutter or access prevents the full list from being completed, the team works through priorities until the scheduled time ends and obtains approval before adding time or cost.

Prices are starting pries for the scope and scheduled time shown. Final scope is confirmed after a free consultation
Package times refer to on-site service time. Tasks are completed in the client-approved priority order within that time
Pricing assumes a normally maintained home with safe, clear access to the selected work areas. Heavy buildup, excessive clutter, pest activity, biohazards, smoke residue, renovation dust and move-in/move-out conditions require separate assessment
Additional time or services are provided only with client approval and billed at the disclosed team rate.
Standard cleaning supplies are included. Parking, purchases, specialty products, packing materials, disposal and third-party services are additional when applicable and approved
Services exclude personal care, medical or clinical assessment, medication handling, legal or financial advice, heavy lifting and hazardous work
We will confirm your priority areas before your visit. Our team will work through those priorities carefully within the scheduled service time. If the home requires additional time, we will speak with you before any extra work or cost is added.
